Punch lists for construction teams

What the walk needs
Capture
Photograph the problem and mark it up right on the photo. Drop a pin where it lives on the floor plan. Let the built-in assistant draft the description, or write your own. The person fixing it sees exactly what you saw.
Assign and track
Each item goes to one trade, and that sub sees only their own work. Open, in progress, ready for review, closed. Every status change is checked by the server, so the record holds up when it matters.
Offline
Basements, elevator shafts, dead zones. Keep capturing and updating; everything syncs on its own when you are back on the network. Nothing waits on a bar of signal.
Notifications
New assignments, items ready for review, mentions, closed work. Push notifications you control, plus one summary by email each morning.
Reports
Share the full punch list, or an outstanding-items sheet for one contact, grouped floor by floor with signature lines. Photos, markups and pins included.

Questions
Yes. PunchLog is free while it is in beta. There is no card to enter and no trial that runs out. Paid plans will come later, and this site will say so before anything changes.
Yes. Everything you capture or change is saved on the phone first and syncs by itself when a connection comes back. Basements, elevator shafts and dead zones are the normal case, not an edge case.
Administrators run the company and see every project that belongs to it. Superintendents run the job and see the projects they are on. Subcontractors see the items assigned to them, and nothing else.
