Delete your PunchLog account

In the app

Open PunchLog and go to Settings → Delete account. Confirm, and your account is deleted immediately — no waiting period, no email round-trip.

One exception: if you are the only administrator left in a company other people are still using, the app asks you to make someone else an administrator first, so the company is not stranded without anyone who can run it. Do that, then delete.

What deletion removes

Deleting your account removes your sign-in credentials, name, contact details, profile photo, and notification token immediately. Punch-list items, comments, and the photos you attached to them remain with their projects — a shared construction record — attributed to "Deleted user". See the privacy policy for the full picture of what we store and why.

A few things outlive the account, and we would rather say so here than have you find out later: crash reports, which were never linked to your account in the first place; any abuse reports you filed; a minimal record keyed to your old account id, which is what keeps your past contributions attached to "Deleted user" instead of becoming orphaned; and the daily counters that limit how often the AI description and reporting features can be used.

If you can't sign in

Email kubiknyc@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and carry out the same deletion for you.
